I sing in choirs and co-lead a Balkan polyphonic vocal ensemble. I play guitar and ukulele as well as folk and classical recorder and play in a folk duo with my brother. I practise a form of creative knotting called macramé and enjoy making wall hangings, plant hangers and jewellery. I am a keen cyclist and enjoy exploring locally and further afield. My other love is dance – particularly a form of creative movement meditation called 5Rhythms. I also practise Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga and pilates.
